ABOUT JDM PERSONAL TRAINING

JDM Personal Training is truly dedicated to helping women achieve their best selves. I will work with you to create a training program that is catered to your goals, lifestyle, and needs. Not everyone has hours to spend at the gym in order to achieve their goals, and that is okay. Together we will work to develop a plan centered around your personal goals; in a personalized setting that is convenient for you. You will be provided with the knowledge and personal tools to keep you on track for success. 
As a former college athlete, lifelong fitness enthusiast, mother of two, NASM Certified  Personal Trainer and Women's Fitness Specialist I am well versed on the different phases of life and all of the miraculous things a woman's body can do. I am dedicated to providing you with the tools to achieve and maintain the results you want and deserve.

Jaclyn is amazing! From the very beginning she made everything so comfortable. We made a personalized fitness plan and goals sheet and work toward those goals 3 days a week in person. She also gives me "homework" exercises to ensure that I stay on track on my off days. Jaclyn truly cares about her clients, she checks in often during the week to make sure the homework assignments are going well and I am not too sore. She is great at formulating workout plans around injuries to truly heal the injury while strengthening it. I had an ankle injury and Jaclyn was able to design and modify a workout so that I could workout safely. She is able to modify exercises to meet the specific needs of your body. Jaclyn gave me exercises to aid in healing my diastis recti in a safe and controlled way. She helped me strengthen my pelvic floor with the use of specific,
targeted moves. After working out with her regularly my lower back pain vanished, I had better posture , and was getting better sleep. I also felt strong enough to run around and pick up my kids without fear of pain or discomfort.
